Am I going to have to remove the comments option.. or at least make people log in again?

Sound advice is welcome... belaboring the obvious is not.

i think you should not try the conventional approach of going to bed early and waking up early, but rather just stay up all night and all through the following day. you'll be so exhaused [from playing mario kart] that you'll sleep early and soundly. (oh and be sure not to turn off your alarm clock the following morning).

Here's the deal...sometimes we all have trouble falling asleep. The best thing to do in my experience when you can't fall asleep is to get up and do something productive. That would be the "Pappou" thing to do. You can't lay there and worry, just get up and be productive, then go back to bed or force yourself to stay up and work....until the next bedtime arrives. Biggest thing is not to worry...as you get older, your sleeping habits change...be ready to make the best of it! AND...this is not your mother!
